Epitome X Saucony Shadow 5000 "Righteous One." another fantastically executed concept by Epitome in ATL. My first pair of saucony sneakers. Another subset of cool kids in high school rocked saucony, and always in fun colorways, so I was always a fan. Based on the 65 foot "Big Fish" landmark located across the street from the sneaker boutique next to the Atlanta Fish Market. The YouTube sneak peek/teaser of the shoe was a fun watch, and the high quality materials and fish scale details are fantastic. Insole is comfy as hell and first of its kind for Saucony and features the big fish. Takes influences from middle eastern culture with "Hamsa" featured around the shoe (Eye of Conciousness you always see in middle eastern people's car mirror). Wish I coulda lucked out on the 1 of 20 special packaging, but still happy with the shoe.
