in tomodachi life terezi confessed her love for equius at the beach but Roxy busted in and confessed her love for him and he chose terezi

then later gamzee wanted to confess his love for rose and I was just like? nah. he was upset but I got him outta it

I wrote a crack pairing(sort of) for Roxy and Equius because the idea just wouldn't leave me alone

"Mind if I sit here?" You ask the tall, muscled troll with the broken horn. He gestures for you to do so, keeping his hunched position and looking at the ground. You sit roughly on the ground and take a swig from your water bottle. Gotta replace one oral fixation for another, you suppose. You feel compelled to talk to the troll beside you, but equally compelled to leave him alone. Not because you're cruel or you don't like him, but because you're unsure if he wants to talk, especially to a stranger. Eventually you just think 'fuck it' and ask what's wrong.

"Hey, are you okay?" You ask. He shakes his head.

"Not particularly." He replies quietly. You scoot a few inches closer to him and turn until you're facing him.

"Do you want to talk about it? You don't have to say anything you don't want to if you do." You offer. He continues to stare quietly at the ground for a bit before nodding.

"Talking about it might help me figure out what to do." He mumbles, more to himself than to you.

"So what's eatin' you?" You ask.

"Someone I care about got hurt because of my inactions." He says bluntly. He's scratching something out in the dirt and looks like he's about to cry. "And even though I know there's a high probability that she'll forgive me... I'm still scared she won't." You reach out and pat his back.

"Hey, you'll never know if you don't try, right? Especially if you think there's a high possibility she'll forgive you for whatever you did."

"You really think so?"

"Yeah. We've all done shitty things to our friends, and whether we knew what we did or not, the best ones always stick around. Because they're our friends and they love us." You reassure him. He nods, smiling a little.

"Yes, I suppose that is true." He stands up. Damn he's taller than he looked. "Thank you for your advice." You stand up as well.

"Here, bend down a sec." He complies and you give him a soft peck on the cheek. "Tell your friend I said hi. My name's Roxy, by the way."

"I'm Equius." He replies, slightly flustered. Cute. You grin and wave goodbye.

"See ya 'round, Equius!"
