I don't really care for log cabins, but this one is special. (Note the fun murals on the right side of the house.) The 1868 home in Fairview, TN, called Sacred Dog Ranch, is a regenerative farm, animal sanctuary, and eco-resort. It has 4bd, 2ba, 2,586sqft, $2.599m. There are also 3 guest cabins and a recording studio, plus 46.48 acres of land.

This property has so much going on. It has appeared in Grammy-nominated Nashville Music videos, appeared on HGTV, and in Billboard Magazine.

The rooms are spacious.

And, very cute.

The kitchen area is gigantic and even has a loft above.

It's also pretty cheerful with its apple green cabinets.

It's a colorful home, too.

The large primary bedroom is on the main floor.

Right outside the door to the primary, there are stairs to the bedrooms on the upper level.

There are 3 bedrooms and the 2nd bath up here.

The bedrooms up here are also spacious.

The 2nd bath is down the hall.

And, the 3rd bedroom is gigantic.

The loft above the kitchen has a very low ceiling, so it's a place for little ones to play.

In addition to everything else, it's a place to keep horses and also includes riding trails.

It's a campground with 3 RV hookups.

This A-frame is a garden shed. The land has 30,000sqft of organic gardens, and a greenhouse.

Guest cabin area.

There's a stream, and also a facility for boarding dogs.

There's so much to see, and tons of income producing opportunities.

There are also bee pollination areas.

It has so much acreage, you'd have to get around on an all-terrain vehicle. Looks like a neighborhood to the right, but you can make your own. 46.48 acres is insane.

This is an odd design- it's a Zen equestrian estate with room for 3 horses, but it's like a house on top of an empty building. 1964 build in Arvada, CO has 5bds, 5ba, 8,078sqft, $2m + $17mo. HOA.

They have this large expanse of unused space below the house.

Plus this unfinished area.

The actual residence is built on the roof.

This looks nice. The plants really make it.

See, you come up from the lower building. I wonder if there was originally a plan for the pattern in the floor.

Since this is a mid century modern house, there's an updated conversation pit.

Large kitchen has those dated cabinets w/the carved doors, but they're in excellent condition.

They've got everyday dining and formal dining in the same area, b/c it's so big.

This must be a family room w/the Ying & Yang in the floor.

This home is so Zen. I think I'd like it better if the skylights were all white, they stand out too much.

The primary bedroom has a faux river running along the floor, and a stone wall w/a little bridge to the ensuite. I recognize this house- that used to be a real fish tank w/real fish in the floor. Guess it didn't work out.

Check this feature out. Is that for meditation? A shrine, maybe? (The fish were able to swim from here, thru the bedroom floor.)

Look at the pebble pattern in the ensuite tile.

The primary bedroom is in a loft above an indoor pool.

9ft.?! Isn't that deep?

Then, here you have a shower and what looks like a stone sauna.

This bedroom and bath have a horse theme.

And, it looks like a deck upon a deck.

1.68 acre lot has a horse barn on the property and fenced pastures.

Well, so far, it doesn't look like a ranch- look at the elegant entrance hall with an open mezzanine above.

This is huge.

Extremely large sitting room. Look at the castle-like fireplace. What do you think of the floor?

To the side of the dining room there's a staircase going around a bar.

Thru the door, there's a wine room.

Very large kitchen. The cabinetry is taste-specific. Matches the floor nicely, though, and I can see a bit of a red stove.

There's also a pool room. It's so big that a lot of other games can easily fit in here.

Here we are on the mezzanine overlooking the entrance hall. Looks like commercial grade carpeting.

This home looks like a combination Tudor/Castle, but it's an Equestrian Estate and an Elizabethan style manor house with 2 caretaker homes, a carriage house with groom's quarters, a yoga studio, a 12, 000 sq. ft. stable, greenhouse and more. Built in 1860 in Pawling, New York, it has 17bds, 9.5ba., and a total of 43 rooms. $6.5M.

Wow, look at the stone walls and wood carvings.

It's very classic- a sitting room with rich wood paneled walls, beamed ceilings and leaded glass windows.

Wow, this is some dining room with an interesting fireplace, wainscoting, and ceiling. That's a table for 14. Geez.

Don't know what this little sitting area is, but it sure is fancy.

Gets more modern in here.

This is cute, a little sunroom.

Like the kitchen- look at the old water heater in the corner and the vintage stove. This is such a classic vintage French country kitchen, I wonder if they'll leave the map of France.

Must be the stables.

The barn and horse buildings look like they need some work.

I thought that this house was in Europe, but it's actually a 1994 build in Holliday, Utah. According to the description, renowned architect, David Easton, designed this Cape Dutch style cottage and put his heart and soul into every detail. The roof is thatch (where do you find someone to maintain that?). 2bds, 3ba, $4.5M.

Interesting to see a clock on the exterior of a home- gives it a Bavarian look.

A "sally port" goes thru the middle of the house.

Too small to be a sun room, this addition is an interesting window jut-out.

How it looks from inside. This is the great room and it has a bar.

They don't show a kitchen or dining room, they go directly upstairs to the 2 bedroom suites.

The bedrooms have lots of built-ins and thatched ceilings.

Adorable beehive tiles on the fireplace surround.

The home was built in 1994, but the doors are antique wood with original antique hardware.

This bedroom is a lovely peach color.

There is also a horse barn on the property.

It's pretty large so I'm surprised that there's no fenced-in coral area.
