S.C.I Mystery

S.C.I Mystery is a 2018 Chinese Series based off of a novel of the same name by Er Ya. Whilst the novel itself is BL, the series was heavily downplayed to bromance and one of the male characters was changed completely to a female. A second season was confirmed by the director, however there hasn’t been an update since, likely due to Covid-19.

Synopsis (Credit to MDL): A series telling the story of a life and death contest between justice and evil. We are all bright, because some people try their best to resist the darkness. What is academic? Is it a fancy illusion, or is it a murderous invisible spell, or is it just a trick of sensation? Bai Yu Xi and Zhan Yao lead SCI to unravel the mystery of interlocking.

LIKE BOTH COUPLES ARE SO SIMILAR IN MANY ASPECTS AND WHAT I REALLY LOVE THE MOST IS THEY DONT HAVE ANY UNNECESSARY DRAMA. the typical of "we dont need to talk but we understand each other" ;;;;;; there was this sentence when yutang said "you are an expert of research but im an expert of researching you" :))))))) okay. im crying ;;;; im so invested it hurts my heart, how the hell am i supposed to finish mtl-ing 4 books :") tbh the thing im so curious is related to zhao jue PLS SOMEONE ENLIGHTEN ME
