The One Piece 2027 Teaser
WIT Studio, in collaboration with Shueisha, Fuji Television Network, and Toei Animation Co., are producing a new anime adaptation of Eiichiro Oda's The One Piece. The series will begin with an adaptation of the East Blue Saga, the beginning of the manga. Season 1, covering chapters 1-50, will be seven episodes long.
The One Piece 2027 adaptation will be directed by Masashi Koizuka with assistant director Hideaki Abe. Character design and chief animation directors are Kyoji Asano and Takatoshi Honda. Series composition is by Taku Kishimoto. Creature design and image boards are by Yasuhiro Kajino. Prop design is by Eri Taguchi. Action animators are Ken Imaizumi and Shûhei Fukuda while the art director is Tomonori Kuroda and the animation producer is Ryoma Kawamura.
The One Piece will stream on Netflix in February 2027.
