Check It Out: Prince of Spain
I subscribe to quite a few band pages on facebook, and one of the ones I follow is the duo known as The Scene Aesthetic. On October 1st, the boys posted on their page that they had created something new, known as the Prince of Spain. They said:
"For the last 2 years we’ve been working on a collection of songs and ultimately felt like they deserved to be given a new name. Many have asked where we’ve gone. But we’ve been right here the whole time. We proudly present to you His Majesty, Prince of Spain."
TSA is known for their song Beauty in the Breakdown which gained much notice in the days of Myspace music. No one is really sure if this is just a side project or if the days of TSA are over and the guys have moved on to fully purse Prince of Spain. They have just recently released their first album under the name that you can listen to here. Below I have also posted a video for their song "Rising Sun". Prince of Spain reminds me of The Scene Aesthetic, but you can definitely tell that the guys have grown in their music.

I have came to the conclusion, that "The Scene Aesthetic" is my favorite group of all time since 2006. Who knew that even their happy songs could make me cry. The lyrics are just so sincere and beautiful. If you haven't already, look them up. They do not get enough recognition and they deserve more<3

Probably some of the scariest children's literature we remember. We wanted to do something a little special this Halloween so we picked one of the scariest stories we remember reading as kids and we're gonna read it to YOU. (Special effects compliments of Mr. de Torres.)
