Nicko Burgos // Chains From The Winter

Today Nicko Burgos dropped his new free album, Chains From The Winter, with ten tracks produced by Eric Plus. Download for free at NickoBurgos.com or at his Soundcloud. The album opens with the hazy synths of Clear-Cut building anticipation as a prelude to the rest of the tracks as it blends into Glass Buildings. The slow burner, Our Girlfriend bumps with a slight limp as Nicko’s wordplay runs circles around your mind. God Season brings more heat with a Player 2 starts with a synthy tremolo and a hook from Quiet Room homie, Lijah Rios, then ends with a brooding second part. The next three tracks, Top Floor, Meantime, and New Score, will serve the chilled out score to your next sunset. The Eric Plus remix of the AiRLOCKE-produced track Tell Me is a purped out jam that demands you stay sippin’ into the night. Then you round out the album with Lazer Sights that just brings the heat right back again.
