I hope Tuchman, Chang, Miller and Moss have realized by now that they boarded a metaphorical plane with all the stupid nonsensical *choises* they made for season 6. I'm currently enjoying watching their fireworks in the sky.

It's not just Nick. Yeah, we feel for him because he was ambiguous but always portrayed as someone with a moral compass, someone kind and loyal. I don't get why loving anyone (let alone the FUCKING PROTAGONIST) and doing the most for them is suddenly not just "not enough" but means absolutely NOTHING, actually. Insane levels of fucked up.

But besides that, they are now trying to frame an inexplicably long-standing abuser-victim relationship as the "central love story" of the whole show. I can't even begin to describe how disgusting that is and how horribly disrespectful to SA survivors and survivors of any form of abuse. The more I think about this shit, the more disgusted I get, honestly.

Ten years from now, perhaps even sooner, this show will be remembered as a grotesquely twisted reflection of today's world political landscape. It will not just be culturally irrelevant, it will be regarded as one of the most embarrassingly mediocre products of our time.
