hajime hinata can drive. he is okay at it. usually he is walking to locations though
komaeda can drive, shown by the fact he drives the tank in chapter five…. however. he is an incredibly anxious driver. and does not enjoy it, because luck reasons. i guess.
chiaki can not drive. she is a public transport warrior.
impostor can drive. this is. very valuable tool for him to have.
teruteru can not drive and is partial to begging his classmates for rides to places
mahiru never learned to drive because she is an environmentalist. she does not support car based infrastructure
peko can drive, and often does, but she does not prefer it, because peko enjoys looking out the window on car rides.
fuyuhiko can drive if necessary.
mikan is a wonderful driver! she is anxious the whole time but only as much as she usually is. she is surprisingly levelheaded on the road
ibuki can not drive. she is also often begging people for rides
akane also can not drive. if the distance is short enough she will simply run

gundham can drive he has some shitass van he calls his dark chariot from hell or some shit
sonia can drive and i’m almost certain this is canon. she can fly planes and helicopters and shit there is no way she can’t drive a regular ass car. and she’s really good at it too. sonia is class 77-b’s designated driver every time
kazuichi canonically cannot drive. but things certainly could change
