Yeah, I personally do not have much power to change things like how the healthcare system is set up, or the cultural dependence on cars that affects how city layouts are designed, or how the NRA funds politicians to maintain a dependency on firearms. There are dozens of significant structural problems with the US. And I do attend protests and I've called government officials and I've voted in every election I've been eligible for. And it makes me exhausted to try to fight how fucked up my country can be. So yeah I don't like it when people make posts blaming American citizens for having to endure how fucked up our country is.
