Was anyone wondering how Stencil works? No, because I haven’t mentioned him in months? Too bad!

Essentially his soul is hollow plastic, filled up with 3 colors of ink. When he cries (or gets a crack), the ink leaks, and so he can end up all cried out and in a basically soulless state. If he refills with too much of one color over the others, he can end up unbalanced
