Info: It is most comparable to a casino dealer rather than a bartender. It loves games of chance, even going as far as to make deals. He grants a wish, they roll the dice to a chaotic event. There are two dice, each with a 50/50 mix of stars and skulls on the faces.

Chaos events can be positive (Unexpected alliances, forced self discovery, happy accidents, temporary power swaps)

Chaos events can also be negative (Loss of identity, riots, shorter lifespan, unending bad luck, disastrous accidents, hallucinations and paranoia)

How to read the dice:

Two stars: Positive event

One star, one skull: Random event

Two skulls: Negative event

When its powers are used against someone or something without his dice, which serve as a catalyst, the effects can vary. From harmless pranks to devastating destruction.

It’s pop-ups only show when his magic is used. Meaning, any and every use, good or bad causes momentary pop up. Good results in a 777, and bad results in three skulls.

Anyway I think they both take ages figuring out physical affection. If at all. They might just end up never showing it because one has a phobia and one has a more rational fear of killing whatever he touches
