You guys can thank @erxsxre for this one!!! Emi puts these on all of her kids' work! Especially when it was something exceedingly difficult because she knows they worked hard on it! Yes she knows they aren't little kids, yes she knows most of them thinks it's a little lame, does she care?? Nope! She will continue to do so!

                  Izuku knows that not just anyone can be                   a hero. There are rules and regulations,                   there are powers needed. There’s a lot                   you need to be a hero, and a lot of the                    boxes that he fits but it’s been bugging                   him ever since he met Endevor. 

                              ❝ Who makes sure that heroes aren’t doing wrong?                                Once you get approval who stops you from hurting                                people? Civilians? Your own family? What about                                those who don’t cross over into being a full super                                villain who stops those people. 

                          What happens with those people? ❞

      Toshinori rarely saw any of his coworkers arrive at work with blood on them. The man reasoned that Aizawa would have had time between hero work and teaching to clean himself up, so something else caused this. It was possible he was overanalyzing, but he wanted to make sure his colleagues were okay.
