Our Daily Bread.
Invest in something that lasts. Because everything in this world will pass away but what you are doing for God will last forever.
Do it for Him. It will last forever. // (-l.m.l.b)
"Our Hearts may be small , but Our Love is enormous."
There’s a longing in every heart that only Jesus can satisfy.
Our Daily Bread.
Promises are meant to be broken. But God’s promises will never be broken.
Trust the Lord with all your heart; for He has better plans for you. :) // (L.M)
The measure of God's blessing depends on the measure of your faith in God.
Divine purpose. Have faith in God! // (L.M.)
It is certain that we, as followers of Christ are nothing without Him, that we can’t do it alone, to fight temptation, to remain faithful without Him in our lives. And when we choose to follow Christ in our lives, it means we also choose to turn away from our comfort zones, from being conformed to the world. It is because we are all expected to live eternally with Christ in Paradise and that we do not belong here for we belong to Him. If we are to read the gospel for today, Jesus knew that both Peter and Judas will deny and betray Him. Often times, we too, are like them, we betray and deny Christ when we sin, at times when we totally accept that we are weak and forget that Christ is just with us and within us. However, Jesus is still the loving and merciful Lord, He always gives us unlimited chances to change, to let go of sin and let Him be our Savior and guide. May we continue to be dependent in Christ and embrace the call to a Holy Life, to eternity.
PALM SUNDAY
The Palm Sunday which marks the the beginning of the Holy week calls each and everyone of us to welcome Christ in His triumphal entry into Jerusalem. In addition to this, the Palm Sunday which is also known as the Passion Sunday reminds us to prepare for the agony of the Lord, to prepare for the Paschal Mystery, the Passion, Death and Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, that would happen again in our time. On the other hand, let us not forget that this beginning of the holy week does not contain pure suffering and pain only as it was called “Passion Sunday” but also the Joy that we are waiting, the Joy of welcoming the Risen Christ. May we find our own ways to remain in His love and to feel His Holy presence as we accompany Him through our deep participation with the liturgies and celebrations for this Holy week.
