Shepherd/Sarnax/Escher polycule (gods I need to find a good name for them), where Escher and Sarnax do their best to make sure Shep consistently eats and sleeps (all while arguing the entire time)

Also, I headcanon Sarnax to be sex repulsed, so while Sarnax prays or whatever, Shep and Escher can get it on.

Sarnax and Escher constantly argue, say how much they hate each other, etc. But Sarnax does heal Escher whenever he’s injured (“Shepherd is quite fond of you, and I cannot bear to see him mourn your death.”); and Escher always makes sure Sarnax gets enough to eat (“You can’t heal us if you’re starving.”)
