I only know of CNJ/WHM by hearsay, but from what I understand, Eschiva has a magic potential, but is not a fan of the guild's rules, Alaqa is quite a badass and Sylphie tends to draw magic force from herself… I believe Arya would XD

Heavensward White Mage NPCs

Eschiva Keyes, whose family served A-Towa-Cant, joins Team Padjal against Alaqa, an embittered xaela. The younger Seedseers step out of the Twelveswood for the first time in their lives in order to protect it--and learn why Master A-Towa wandered the realm as he did, rather than stay in Gridania as tradition demands of the padjal.

I wonder if Alaqa is from the same clan of refugees that brought Sidurgu Orl to Coerthas; she also mentions her displaced family being harassed, torn apart, and killed off, hence her drastic actions. How many bands of xaela refugees would have fled so far west in escaping Garlemald?

Really like Raya-O here. Wish we could see more of her.
