Going solely off first impressions, I think their healer brain would kick in BIG TIME. The poor thing looks like he's not had any good rest in years, goodness knows what else may be wrong with him. Nira'sae would want to help - though, they'll still wait for permission. They're not the sort to force that on someone.
(Unless it's life or death, of course.)
