TSP FANART UNAUTHORIZED REPOSTS

Hey @Esfer, take down my @missazura 's art off your VK group. There's a reason she blocked you and yet you posted her art after the fallout in February. Like all the other artists, she didn't give you permission and you DIDN'T contact her for permission. In fact, she specifically does not allow YOU in particular to post her art at ALL.

None of these are authorized for you to repost.

Fferthe = fourth_e (which is his twitter handle and what he uses to sign his art with) It makes sense now that I look at it and I feel silly for not realizing what the url stands for earlier. Someone else figured it out though!

I don’t know why he’s lying, but everyone Esfer and I talked confirm that it is the same person, even one of the admins of one of the TSP groups on VK. 

If he was convinced that he is innocent, it would be no issue to come forward and admit he is the same person on both sites, however lying about it just makes him look more guilty. 

But this isn’t a call out post for Kevan, nor is it an attempt to cancel him or harass him the same way he did to Esfer. These posts and replies are only to bring two sides to the story and clarify the whole situation, not to start another witch hunt.

Kevan, trying to avoid responsibility for doing something which you try to bully someone else over is hypocritical and lacks character. 

You’ve made changes to your reposts after the pulic reply, which is great that you listened, but at the same time you paint Esfer in a negative light because she removed posts after the same issue was made aware. 

You said I spend time digging for holes in your replies when you do the same thing. 

You say you want to protect artist’s rights while at the same time you disregard them

With every explanation comes an excuse and so forth, so on. We can argue forever and compare screenshots and timestamps but it’s rather pointless and a waste of both our energy. 

I don’t know if you’ve simply fed off the drama you caused, wanted a bit of attention and recognition from a fandom you’re a part of, or if you felt wronged by Esfer for some reason or another and felt you had to lash out instead of solving this in a civil manner. 

I advise you to rethink how you approach people (even if it’s the internet) and realize that stirring up fights is not worth the trouble in the end because eventually people are going to take closer looks at your flaws too.

I'm sorry, I was one of those people who made assumptions earlier and I should not have. You are right. Truth is, I don't know anybody in the fandom - I sit quietly in the corner by myself - so I shouldn't be passing any judgment. I wish everyone peace and happiness and thank you for the correction! Call out posts can be a dangerous thing sometimes, they rely a lot on people's emotions to get their 'votes', which is why it's important to try and see it objectively. (Obviously, unless they are warning of an actual literal danger)

This whole drama isn't new at all, it goes back years and has so many different parts to it, it makes no sense to try and explain it all here. Most people who were involved are no longer active on tumblr or the community anymore anyway.

In these cases it's better to just step back instead of figuring out what side to be on, I know many have the instinct to protect their mutuals or those they follow, but if you dont have all the info to the story, it's going to be hard to get an unbiased approach.

Regardless, thanks again for the ask. The TSP rp community is actually incredibly small in comparison to all the TSP lovers, the fandom is much bigger than you'd think and there's no need to sit alone in the corner by yourself!

Esfer, I know it’s you cause you compared my watermark to fucking Pewdiepie before during the whole “You posting non-repostable art to your shit VK group” debacle. It's one thing to be a rando with an extremely similar design. I wouldn't give a shit if you were. But I've KNOWN you since 2014, cut you off YEARS ago for similar petty and manipulative behavior and NOW you decide to make a Stanley Parable Comic with a character who looks EXACTLY like my Stanley Parable OC of almost a DECADE.

I'm not going to bother working with you privately. I've talked to you privately in the past and it was as productive as eating glass. Plus I'm not going to have you gaslight me to hell and back.

@mr-daddy-parable Felix, it's clear you don't understand that retroactively fixing a problem after you gloat about doing it and an insane amount of artists call you out is not the same as simply fixing a problem when it happens. Then again, you will always defend Esfer regardless of whatever the fuck she does, even if she reposts private art for her shitty vk group without even asking permission. Even if we have to wrench her goddamn arms into actually doing something that would take literally a millisecond of deleting a repost.

If I see missazura's art in Esfer's vk group ever again, then we are going to have serious issues. Have Esfer or yourself make a no-repost blacklist of all the artists who commented in the callout post if it is so difficult to check someone's bio or--God forbid--ask the artist for permission.

I hold you two to a high standard because you are both grown adults capable of basic artist etiquette. I know how easy it is to message artists permission, because I have been notifying artists about their art and links to take down their repost--something that should've been the responsibility of Esfer's group.

I'd say I hope both of you have learned your lesson, but from experience, I doubt that will be the case.

The thing is, Azura has never had personal drama with Esfer. Azura has supported me when Esfer was doing fucky shit with me, and she was a victim of the reposts on her VK blog. But Azura never had a personal relationship with her. So to go to Azura's blog and basically call her pathetic for not escaping an abusive situation is a new fucking low that I wish I wasn't surprised by.

I could tell the writing style was familiar cause I've known Esfer since 2014, but I didn't want to officially put the pieces together until I realized she IS from Ukraine and not just Russia like I assumed.
