I don't know if you've talked about it at length before...but I really like how the VIZ dub is doing 90's Sailor Moon, especially when it comes to Usagi and Mamoru. Like it's amazing what a difference "Serena" and "Usako" can make. Mamoru just SOUNDS so much more in love with her than he did before. There's still issues (oh god there really is) but at least it's a step up from DIC. At least Mamoru is more sympathetic (WHICH IS WHAT HE DESERVES IF NOTHING ELSE).

In all honestly, I haven’t watched that much of Viz dub of the 90′s anime to talk about it in detail. I really need too since I have part 1 of season 1, both parts of season 2 and one part of season 2.

Aww.. thank you so much, Kayla! Reading this was a nice surprise this early Friday morning and it really warmed my heart. And of course I’ll try my best, especially since I wanna continue work on the Gaang and the Old Masters series (spoiler: next up it’ll be Katara and Pakku) + I have tens of ideas/WIPs that need drawing. Art-wise 2016 has been one of my most successful years cause I managed to finish so much. But most importantly, it’s my favourite hobby right now and always helps me relax.

June (Favorite book): This is tricky, but I probably have to say The Way of Kings by Brandon Sanderson. I’m rereading it at the moment to prepare for reading the sequel that I got for Christmas. I HIGHLY recommend.

Thank god Bryke's comment about kataang bothered someone else...

I didn’t believe it was possible for two people who were apart of one of the most ground breaking television series could reach such a low. I literally cannot fathom what is going on with Bryke and their delusions but at this point I am fucking done. It was one thing to give their two cent on Korrasami (still total bullshit in my opinion), but to disrespect Kataang is where I drew the line. How could you  shit on your own creation?! Weren’t they the ones that called Kataang the ‘DNA of ATLA?’ Weren’t they the ones who argued that Kataang was not by any means forced, but a romantic relationship that bloomed from a friendship? Where did all of this nonsense come from? Why after so many years are they are devaluing something they created?!

I do believe tumblr is responsible for some of the nonsense that spews from their mouths because instead of focusing on creating a narrative for a younger generation, they are too caught up on pleasing specific groups or trying right an apparent wrong. I can’t even get upset anymore because what’s the point? Bryke has clearly proven they don’t give a fuck about anyone but themselves.
