MOUNTS FOR GOLD Brand-new mount for gold; 16 shifting to stablemasters (previously unavailable with gold)
VAMPIRE / WEREWOLF / CURES Removed from Crown Store Adding quest starter for Vampire/Werewolf Cures will be 0 Crowns Increasing # of in-world NPCs and shrines
MIMIC STONES & OUTFIT TOKENS No longer sold individually for Crowns
BAG & BANK COST REDUCTION Reduced gold and Crown cost for upgrades
GUILD TRADER LISTING Restore 30-day listing window
HIDE “X” Now able to hide chest, waist, legs, hands, and feet
RESPEC SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES IN UI Reduce friction and allow players to experiment on builds for free

Khajiit's thoughts:
While some of the items in the Seasons list below are a little worrying, and it's a little disappointing that it doesn't seem like we'll get a real new zone this year...
I'm really happy to see a ton of long-standing QOL items addressed!
Increased furnishing limits, mounts for gold, restoring 30-day limit to trader listings, account-wide outfit slots, and more, including a later mention of Story Mode for dungeons – a lot of these are exciting! I hope they will be implemented well.
And given my many, many complaints xD, I'm very curious about: "Treasure Maps - Reworked to improve user experience"!
Update: No improvement so far. It's only stacking, which might actually make the problem worse.

THE NIGHT MARKET & NEW HOUSE!

The Night Market is a new group area with higher difficulty (NOT a replacement for overland difficulty scaling). They hope the difficulty level will encourage group and guild collaboration, but stated that anyone can participate. (Idk how both can be true at once, but we'll see!)
"Like any zone, The Night Market will have its own unique rewards, and the most notable is a brand new house that players will unlock and upgrade by progressing through the zone. ... And it's going to be the first time there's a bank that's actually included in the house."
(Khajiit admits, this piques this one's interest!)
