Aka my first time making a whole collection, instead of just dropping things as I make them. Wowie! I feel like a real creator now. Maybe it's finally time to sell out and institute 3-month early access and join the marketplace!!!
Anyway–
I've been rewatching Anne with an E and planning a little historical gameplay-ish project, and as always the 1890s-1900s have been heavily on my mind. Today I bring a humble offering of pastoral countryside fashions - including a BGC conversion and mesh edit of the new boater hat, as well as a set of dresses for girls, and some daywear for ladies.
9 items, BGC, disabled for random. Individual item info below the cut!
Three variations of the same basic dress, for girls of varying levels of fancyness. The ruffle around the collar of the Diana dress is ripped straight from @vintagesimstress, so many thanks for her open TOU!
The Ruby and Anne dresses take their textures from Diana, so the Diana dress is required if you want the other two to work. Each dress comes in my 30 solids and 24 of @trillyke's plaids, as per usual. Located in the long dress category. The Ruby dress has had the top ruffle removed, and the Anne dress has slimmer sleeves and a less poofy skirt - because we can't all have nice things, even when we really really want them. Sorry Anne.
The apron overlay is found in rings, and it works with all three dresses - as well as possibly with other dresses, though I haven't fully tested it. The overlay for the collar ruffle won't show up on Ruby and Anne, as seen in the cover image, but it may clip with textures if you try and use it on other dresses. This overlay also comes in 30 solids and 24 plaids!
Marilla Blouse / Prissy Dress / Boater Hat
As I was making my Marilla sim for my save file, I found that I really didn't have a lot of good options for simple, plain Victorian-ish blouses, especially given Marilla's open disregard for puff sleeves. So, I made one! This is a recolor of a blouse from L&D, but it has been made BGC so everyone can enjoy! This comes in 30 solids and 24 plaids.
The Prissy dress is a combination of the ever-beloved Edwardian dress from Get Together and the ruffly top from the sleepover kit. It's perfect for tea in the garden, strolling around town, and abandoning an ill-advised marriage to go to University. It comes in my usual 30 solids with a white base, 6 colors with a black base, and 10 extra pastel swatches.
The boater hat is instrumental to the turn-of-the-century-pastoral-aesthetic, and I really loved this one from the prairie kit, but the crown was just awkwardly tall. I shortened it as much as possible, recolored it to hell, and converted it for children and toddlers. 30 ribbon colors on a beige base, plus 8 of them also on black.
Look mom! I learned how to do age conversions! Aren't you proud of me?
It's far from perfect, but I'm very pleased at this for a first attempt. The Infant nightie from L&D converted to children, in 40 swatches - 10 patchy swatches to match my pantalettes, and 30 in my usual solids. BGC, and disabled for random! Not much else to say about this one, please enjoy :D

A little recolor of the robotics table from Discover University, to suit my endless Steampunk brainrot. The WIP robot that appears is also recolored to a silver color, but this won't affect the color of the robot once it's fully made.
My first foray into modifying emission, normal, and spec maps. It's not perfect, but I'm pretty pleased!
Comes in four wood tones and two metals, for a total of eight swatches, and requires Discover University.
@chere-indolente has from the start been one of my biggest historical simming inspirations, and her L'arrosoir set makes up a significant part of my kiddos' wardrobes - so I thought I would make my own addition!
This set features three tops and two skirts. The tops are all my own mesh edits, and the skirts are recolors of the skirts from the L'arrosoir set. The skirts REQUIRE the original mesh (ChereIndolente_Arrosoir_child_skirt_petticoat) to function, so make sure you have it in your game.
These items are ONLY designed to work with this specific set. They will look WEIRD with any other items. Be warned!!!

Elsie Apron Top, Elsie Apron Skirt, and Suzie Skirt-
The Elsie set and the Suzie skirt come in 51 swatches - 27 in my usual palette, and and 24 of Trillyke's lovely plaids. They're designed to be worn like one dress, but also to be mix-and-matched with Chereindolente's coats, skirts, and the other tops in this set. The Elsie Apron Top has been updated since I took these screenshots, and the white now matches the white of the apron on the skirt.
Petronilla Peacoat and Jessie Jacket-
These two jackets each come in my usual 27 swatches, with various accent colors. These meshes are not PERFECT. I'm still new to weight painting, and they can clip a little bit with the skirt waistband when the sim bends really far forward. Weight transfers did nothing to help this, and I'm not experienced enough to know another way to fix this, so for now they remain imperfect. It's not super noticeable thankfully, so it shouldn't cause too much trouble.
Sometimes my Pinterest feed gets the better of me. Can you tell I've run out of holiday activities, based on how much CC I'm making? Because I can tell.
The Little Miss Pretty Pinafore is a nice, fluffy, generic pinafore dress a la Anne Shirley - it's BGC and comes in aproned and apronless versions, with 50 swatches of each - 27 in my usual solids, and 23 in a selection of @trillyke's plaids! I should have split these into two packages but I Did Not, so I'm very sorry about the whole 100-swatches-in-one-package thing. I will not make this same mistake again.

The Modern Millicent Robe is a cozy and timeless outfit for your Medieval marmalade enjoyers! This robe is intended for use in general 14th century settings, but would definitely work for earlier and later periods as well, particularly the solid colors. It is BGC, and available for both male and female frames. It comes in 27 solid-colored swatches, and 27 particolor swatches with various combos - some are more historically accurate than others. Unedited swatch previews are included below the cut. I have also included the PSD this time, so you guys can recolor to your hearts' content.
Four random bits of CC that I left unfinished the past few months, now FINISHED! Kind of. They don't have custom icons, because I hate custom icons. Please forgive me.
The Smaller Scholar Spectacles are a mesh edit of the L&D glasses to be shorter, so they don't look so oddly tall on Sims with narrow faces - 33 swatches, 11 metals and three lens variations - green, black, and transparent. The metals are all taken from my usual palette so they should match everything I've made. I did my best to make them BGC but I can't really test it, as I have L&D installed, so if they are *not* BGC, please let me know and I will fix that quickly.
The Big Poof Blouse is a blouse with big poofy sleeves. Revolutionary. It uses some incredible 1890's sleeve meshes from @vintagesimstress, the QUEEN of the 1890s, as well as elements from that one awesome vest from L&D. I still stand by that pack having the best CAS assets ever. This blouse is *definitely* BGC compatible, and comes in 27 vest colors in my usual palette.
The Herb Gathering Garb is a fullbody dress designed for, you guessed it, herb gathering. My first ever attempt at a frankenmesh was literally this same concept, but at the time I was not skilled enough to work around the wonky belt - now I am! Huzzah! This one is delightfully timeless, and will work well for your Generic Peasants and Witches anywhere from about 1200 onwards. The flower colors vary with each outfit! I would love to do some recolors of this with folksy embroidery swatches, I just haven't gotten good enough at painting embroidery textures - soon though. Maybe. We'll see. For now, it comes in my usual 27 solids.
The Wicked Witch Boots are a whimsical combination of two costumey pairs of boots that I adore but never use. Now I have one even costumier pair of boots that I adore and YOU all can use. They have a minor mesh issue on the inner calves, only visible on curvier Sims, and pictured below the cut. I have been UTTERLY unable to fix this, but it is not at all obtrusive for gameplay - no spikes, major gapping, etc. Just a weird little dark spot that won't go away. If I figure out a fix, I'll update these asap. 27 of my standard swatches, plus the white-and-gold shown here. The others are entirely solid-colored.

Weird boot issue below the cut. No swatch previews this time because I figured you guys would rather have the CC than wait another three months and get it with swatch previews.
This baby started as an update to my Piltover skin, and ended up becoming very much its own creature. While I still really love the Piltover skin, it's far from perfect, and there were a few areas I was really eager to update - so here we are! One brand new shiny (very matte) skin for your strong-featured Sims. It is available for all ages, located in forehead wrinkle, and features double, mono, and free eyelid variations, as well as age variations. I do not YET have a default version of it, but I am considering making one. Keep your eyes peeled.
This skin is made with an outdated version of the game (from before the Spongebob packs) so I can not test it in a later version, but as far as I know there is no reason it wouldn't work. Let's hope, anyway!
