Ingredients: 1/4 cup finely ground espresso beans. 1 shot glass about 1 ounce of hot water.
Instructions: Place the finely ground espresso beans in the portafilter of your espresso machine. Tamp the coffee grounds evenly and firmly in the portafilter. Insert the portafilter into the espresso machine's group head. Start the extraction process, allowing hot water to flow through the coffee grounds for about 25-30 seconds, or until you have a 1-ounce shot of espresso. Serve immediately in a shot glass.
