Taz Skylar is basically going around all Spanish media talking about how he’s had and still has a lot of eating disorders and body dysmorphia, and that no one should be doing the kind of extreme things he does to look the way he does, because it’s basically part of his unhealthy habits.
That might seem a bit hypocritical or contradictory, but it’s actually a very self-aware testimony about personal issues that can negatively influence other people. And I think it’s really responsible of him to make it clear that if he does such extreme things, it’s not just because of commitment to his work, but also because he has issues he still needs to work through.
Honestly, in a world full of fitness gurus, I think that’s pretty important.
