Obscure Rick and Morty Refrence
Y’all remember the Szechuan Mcnugget debacle when that new Rick and Morty aired a few months back right? I thought I might wanna share a more obscure reference that seemed to fly over everyone else’s heads.
During his speech to Morty he(Rick) says ‘If It takes 9 Seasons’ Now that means that they’re gonna cap it off at 12 (3+9=12) seasons right? Well I mean probably. But this was probably a reference to the ETC Show Podcast where right off the bat Ricky(the one in the hat) jokes about 12 seasons of Rick and Morty.
Now I have found no other sources that say that they planned 12 seasons of the show so I think it's a pretty done deal that this was a reference to this Podcast.
Also you guys should all subscribe to their channel, Tech Newsday and Weekly Weird News are freaking incredible.
