“Jonathan, I’m tired, still bleeding and at this point wearing a very small towel, please get out so I can finish up” the mission had gone rougher then anticipated, she still had a gash on her side that she hadn’t been able to heal and while the shower helped-- she just wanted to dry off and go to bed, too tired to deal with him in that moment.
Jon puts a box in front of Jace's door, before knocking and running to hide. He couldn't keep the smile off his face as he waited for Jace to see the young ducking that - even from where Jon was - could be heard peeping from inside the box.
bedroom door is pulled open only to discover there’s no one there. he’s about toclose the door when he hears the first peep. oh no. before he even has a chanceto slam the door shut and ignore what’s most definitely in the box, a little yellowhead pops out. the tiny duckling hops out of the box and waddles over to jace.“no. absolutely not. get away,” he warns as the little duck curls up to his shoe,clearly imprinting itself on jace. “i’m going to commit a murder.”

Clary didn’t have time to really react to his question before his lips were on her’s this time. In truth she didn’t know why she kissed him at all-- it was just something she did before she could truly think about it. The next thing she knew was his hands on her waist and she found herself leaning into it, her lips parting as her own hands came to rest on his chest.
“I’m sorry” the redhead managed between kisses, her eyes only half lidded and she made no move to pull away from him, not this time.

“We are not watching another documentary, the closest I am willing to meet you is some HGTV” it was a lazy Sunday morning, Clary had her legs kicked over his lap and a large bowl of lucky charms balanced on her legs, the over-sized t-shirt protecting her bare skin from the chill of the ceramic. This was a habit for them, Sunday mornings were for relaxing and in some cases recovering from Saturday nights, sometimes they would go out and explore, maybe hit the farmers market, but today, the redhead just wanted to stay in and watch some reality TV.
