The sweat drop is a common feature in manga used to show that the person is question is either exasperated, or under stress. I find it hard to believe that Nanao of all people would have a hygiene problem. She seems to be impeccable in terms of health and appearance.

Yes, I do know that it's one of the common techniques in manga, but I was going through every single scene in the manga Nanao was in and I noticed that her facial expression never changed much, if at all. And when it did, even slightly more than usual, she would sweat, even in rather seemingly mild situations.
The last sentence with the hygiene problem thing was supposed to be a joke; nothing serious. It didn't come across as such?
