📝The Indirect Object📝

indirect verbs is used to express the action happening to someone. some verbs are naturally indirect, but in most cases its a different way of writing a sentense.

object pronouns + verb + indirect object + direct object

indirect verb examples:

agradar (to be pleasing to)

convenir (to suit, be convenient to)

doler (pain, hurt)

encantar (to charm someone)

importar (to matter to)

parecer (to appear to be)

quedar (to be left over)

lets put it together:

me gustan las fiestas

le doy el libro a Juan

le escribe una carta a Maria

yo le compro flores a el

me duelen los musculos

no me importa el examen

in any case i wont remember the specific verbs but trusting that I would read and listen enough to know which verbs use this structure

mas + adjective + que → more ..... than

menos + adjective + que → less .... than

igual que → the same as

tan + adjective + que → as .... as

Por ejemplo:

Entreno menos veces que antes.

Entreno piernas tan frecuente como hombros.

Hoy tengo menos tiempo que ayer.

Mi hermana es tan alta como yo.

Trabajo desde casa igual que mi compañera.
