Anybody on here an experienced Etsy seller? Their customer support / help page is useless and there's literally no way to contact them (finally found a customer support chat after clicking a million links but they were still not very helpful and told me they'd pass my problem on to a different support team.) I need some help / advice with some troubleshooting with my account, has anybody ever had identity verification issues?

Has anyone ever dealt with an Etsy order that says delivered but never was? The seller isn’t very helpful...and I understand it might be something they’re wary over when it comes to scamming, but I also paid $30 and it may not be a lot. But I also don’t want to lose money on something I never got...

So, any ideas on the process? I don’t want to screw the business over, I understand, so disputing the charge with my bank is the last resort. But the seller doesn’t respond anymore. Soooo.... any help would be appreciated.

Posting to make sure no one uses this store. 

TL;DR (shortish summary of pictures) Asked an Etsy Store Owner for pics of my work after forking over more than half of my payment ($250/$450) and tried reaching out to her for pics of it for over a month almost two months. Opened a non-delivery case after reaching out to her and gets it escalated cause she still doesn’t want to send photos. Then after filing for a Paypal refund she sends me the commission... that I’ve never seen.

I’m sure this will be interesting to some of you! Here’s my Etsy-stats from when I opened my shop back in March 2016 until November 2017! (took a big dip there in August since I had to close my shop to do some other work, but I managed to pick it back up again for September!!) I’m currently averaging 11-13 orders a week, which is a huge step up from where I used to be at 2-3! I’m going to aim even higher in 2018! c:
