Varian, creating Team Awesome: We're all, like, partners now! Like Jack and Jill or Alice and Wonderland!
When the gals are off palling these three have their spa day (they have a lot of spa days)
anyway here’s the shitpost for the latest chapter (aka Lio’s villain origin story)
Hello so i'd like to say that i fuckin ship Cassunzel and Eulance as well as New Dream
Now excuse me while i draw them all
Most Disney princess movies dulled the violence of the original fairy tales (i.e. Cinderella's birds pecking her sisters' eyes out) but like.... the story of Rapunzel went from the dude being blinded by thorns to being straight up stABbed like,,,,,,
What if Eugene Is ALSO The Sundrop?
Okay, folks this is gonna sound crazy but bear with me as I go on this little mini-whirlwind fueled by Tangled being the only thing keeping me going half the time. What if Eugene -- at the climax of Tangled, the film -- somehow got some of that Magic Sundrop Goodness in him? When the tear healed him, the magic blossomes fully out as if making a flower. Now this was probably at the time of the film done to have a cool image, but now that we have the series this may take on a different meaning. What if he got some of Rapunzel's magic? Obviously not enough to have magic powers apparent on a daily basis or give him blonde hair. But in "Before Ever After" he clearly said his hair was longer than Rapunzel's, which if I remember correctly wasn't true at the end of Tangled. While her hair was short, his hair was clearly shorter. Now, it's possible that Rapunzel has had some haircuts in that six month interim, but Eugene's hair still is to his shoulders six months later after being cut to his neck while Rapunzel had it proprotinaly much shorter where it should be. This isn't much evidence, granted. But I still, I think it might be cool. If Eugene did have some kind of connection to the Sundrop, what if it was more subtle and not as strong? What if the closer they get to Edmund and the Dark Kingdom, he slowly reveals powers and at the end of the series, he goes back to the Tangled film haircut seen in Ever After becuase, like Rapunzel, they HAD to cut it? I sound crazy and I know it, but still! It is unlikely to be true, BUT WHAT IF?
