Honestly? Relationships are what you make it. My now husband & I spent about a year dating & didn't hit the honeymoon phase everyone talks about until the 2nd year. He's infinitely more affectionate than I am & we show love differently. But at the end of the day, there is no one else in this world we'd rather hang out with – we even put that in our wedding vowels. This is just one example and it's no means what you might have with this boy. Don't get caught up in others. Do what's right for you.

Yeah I wondered if it’s just that I’m not someone who shows affection physically. I appreciate you sharing that about your relationship with your husband. I think I’m at this weird place that I think that because he’s checking all the “boxes” that I should feel something more organic and want to be with him but I just don’t. I think the fact that I felt relief after he left today solidified a lot for me. I really appreciate your insight ❤️

Italian Sangiovese (like a Chianti) is my absolute favorite. Tempranillo (Spanish red) is a veryyyyyy close second. Depending on the Malbec, I can be tempted. I’ve met a few blends I’ve enjoyed. Basically I’m particular to dry reds.

But I absolutely will not (except under extreme circumstances) drink any wine from the United States.
