I am panini pressed that there’s a book about Evennia in the Shining Blade Headquarters and it’s only 4 SENTENCES LONG. Like I know Arenanet isn’t gonna put a full scale text in their game, but come onnnnnnnn you’re telling me the founder of The Shining Blade and “most formidable of our leaders” is reduced to a scant handful of sentences scattered around some books? 🙄

I made this Blingee 5 years ago lmao. I can’t believe we are STILL dealing with the Evennia plot hole at this point. Considering the recent expansion announcement, I’m beginning to think we won’t ever see Evennia’s fate or have her get true recognition GW2 Tyria. It sounds like we are going to be moving away from anything and everything White Mantle/Shining Blade related, which means chances of seeing or interacting with Evennia info is low.

And will I ever stop talking about her? NO! This Living Story was THE PERFECT TIME to show Evennia stuff and I can’t believe they didn’t show her. We see the whole attack on the Henge of Denravi play out, an even more obscure NPC (Keira) gets featured. Soooo why can’t we see my boo Evennia or read some detailed notes about her? I find it hard to believe that between The Shining Blade and other Tyrian orders like the Order of Whispers, there isn’t more info out there in the world about Evennia and her fate.

And as always, I am keeping this quote about Evennia in mind:

evennia is metal as hell. no lines have ever been this badass in all of guild wars history again. this girl kicks ass
