Somepoe is currently studying Media Production at Oulu University of Applied Sciences in Finland. "There’s an opportunity to specialise in Event Producing, which is great since organising club nights is what I would be doing anyway." He has always been the kind of DIY-guy - creating is important to him. He aims to make tracks you can dance to. "I am looking at my music from a DJ’s perspective but also trying to make them listenable at home." He produces northern club music with influences from Jersey Club, Ballroom Vogue and House. He has a background in Hip-Hop. "That's where the heavy use of samples is from, I guess." He's just released an EP on Sounds of Sumo called, 'Leave the House.' He has a remix coming out for Acidman & Pleasure Cruiser on label called Love Hotel. He's also working on 'Can't Say No' Remix EP for Car Crash Set. "There's a great diversity of remixes on-board.
