Finally bit the bullet (emailed an old workshop leader to ask if I can put her down for summer job references)
#it's so fucking embarrassing EVERY TIME#like no I don't have anyone else I can ask. Ugh I just need a job#eventually! eventually!#I'm pretty sure as long as I get my 2 references and I can bang out a half decent cover letter#which I absolutely can bc I can waffle with the best of them#I'll get this job#And like it doesn't start for a month so I will just be vibing for a month BUT#then it's a job#And also then next year I have a new person to use as a reference#AND I can potentially just do the same job again next year. So like I'm winning hopefully#Fingers crossed !!
