Beautiful Oblivion
I don’t feel the way that I used to anymore.
I don’t ever wanna confuse you anymore.
We were never on the same page. Never Ever.
And it might be time for a change.
But what do I do if I lose you?

Said "I love you," too soon
Reached for the stars and I hit the moon
Now every time I look at you
Feels like
déjà vu...
“If I had it my way, I would laugh all night and never feel a shade of blue.”
The Neighbourhood - Beat Take 1 (Ever Changing EP)
The Neighbourhood - Beat Take 1 ft. Ghostface Killah
UGH why are these guys so good at making really good intros to their songs it hooks me in ugh
love the chorus
a lot of people hope they had it their way. if we weren’t trapped in with physics and having to do what we have to do life would be so much better. that’s why i really like this song. probably my favorite off the EP.
The Neighbourhood - Beautiful Oblivion ft. IDK
another killer intro by our boys.
that chorus is a BOP.
another case of brilliant lyric writing
I won't lie, I don't love you all the time, baby I do sometimes but it's hard for me to fall in, baby
No, I'm not from Mars but I'm sure it's where I'll get
also jesse’s first verse where its just spoken word is reminds me of Austin Carlile in the Of Mice & Men’s song Pain when he talks during the bridge and also Oliver Sykes for some reason, i don’t remember which song or anything but like its COOL.
k the rap, was intense. for me at least. again, as i said when I reviewed Livin’ in a Dream, not a huge fan of rap.
but still, this is a good song the instrumentation is catchy. still the weird, alternative, nbhd vibe. love it.
If I had it my way, I would be fine Wouldn't be thinking all the time

I wrote my own books so I never had to read your pages
