The worst thing about STARTING ttrpgs (once you've got a group and are making things work) HAS to be:
- Having an idea for your character
- Wanting to talk to your GM about it
- They are unavailable for most of the day bc they have a LIFE and WORK and SHIT
- So you text the bullshit you're doing for the character, but get no response
- Repeat several times
- And now you feel like you're climbing up your friend's ass about this even tho they said you can text them whenever and they'll get to it eventually
- But you can't stop thinking about it bc you're hyperfixated now. So you keep texting whenever you've updated the now sprawling character document. So you still feel like you're being pushy.
This seems comedically specific. I ASSURE YOU IT IS NOT. THIS HAS HAPPENED EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE EVER MADE A DUDE FOR A GAME.
EVERY.
SINGLE.
TIME.
