“Don’t drown in your drink.” Ricky chuckled lightly as he dropped onto the bar stool at a bar he actually didn’t visit much. One could say the demon had been on a hunt. He wanted a new subject to entertain him and his choice just happened to be who he was speaking to. He sat next to a man who looked like he was a little worse for wear. The demon had been watching him for a while, a long enough time for the hair to fall mostly out of the messy bun it had been kept in. Honestly, his attention had first been captured by the dog that was sitting at the mans feet. It was cute, and he happened to like dogs.
Ricardo hadn’t had any fun in what felt like forever, though it was probably a few days at most, maybe a few hours to be more truthful. He wanted to play a game, maybe even a long haul. Ricky was intrigued and was seeing to learn more, seeing if he could make something out of this because this man looked like an easy target if he ever saw one.
His hand came up, signaling for the bartender. “Jack for me and another of whatever he’s drinking.” Ricky gestured to the man besides him, to Everett and flashed a blinding smile. He was going to play the happy human, it had been the first thing to come to mind and he hadn’t pulled something like it in a while. It was a fun con to pull, especially on someone who looked so.. desperate? No that wasn’t the right word. Rick was having trouble placing a finger on Everett and the quirks he must have, which is why he was so interested.
