Hey all!!! Hey everbody just an update I know its been a while but i have been super busy this past year i have been getting counselling. I can honestly say i never thought it would work for me but i even supprised myself. It has helped me so much just helping to clean up all the mental baggage. I have been carrying around with me for a while it also inspired me to train to become a therpist and just completed my first introduction into the course. I have also been doing my music im not sure if i have mentioned that as well but i have taken back up my childhood instrument the violin so all good here. I may update you some more stay positive all!!!
