life is fairly nutty bc you’re in the trenches and you don’t see how you could feel better and then one day you look around and you feel better

life delivered the greatest kick in the balls i’ve ever had these past few months. but here i am, everyday, one foot in front of the other. keep moving forward.

i’m way more busy lately and have an actual commute which eats into my time so meals have been looking a lot more like this. a smorgasbord 🥒🍗🫑

I DID IT!!!!! 13.1 miles. 2:20:07. 10:41 pace on a supremely hilly course!! i am so grateful to my body and mind. and it was SO MUCH FUN!!!! more to come. for now, sleep 😴🎅🏼🌲🪵
