🍁 Trout Creek Canyon – October 14 – 13.46 miles | 3 hr 6 min | 2,334 ft gain 🔥 A trail half marathon through deep forests, creeks, and towering rock formations. Bears & ticks were a concern—this was a run best done with a buddy!
🌊 Ten Mile Creek Park – October 19 – 3.10 miles | 30 min | 41 ft gain 🌿 A peaceful, flat trail surrounded by rangeland & creek access. A perfect route to reset & take in the community-focused conservation efforts of Prickly Pear Land Trust.
🏔️ Upper Mount Ascension – October 21 – 7.13 miles | 1 hr 51 min | 1,499 ft gain ⛰️ One of the best summit routes in Helena—steep climbs, panoramic views, and rocky terrain that made for a challenging but rewarding climb.
🌋 Lava Loop – October 25 – 8.18 miles | 1 hr 45 min | 1,956 ft gain 💪 High effort, high reward—a tough, technical out-and-back near Geyser, Montana.
