002. new start, any time

I know it is not the New Year, but lets talk about it.

I’ve let go of the whole New Year’s resolution thing. I used to make long lists—plans to change everything overnight starting January 1st. But I’d slip up, feel guilty, and spiral into thinking I’d failed.

Now I know this: change doesn’t need a date. It can start on a random Tuesday in March or a quiet Thursday night in November. It begins when you’re ready.

Set goals because they mean something to you, not because the calendar says so. Celebrate small wins. Be kind to yourself. And keep going.

Those times when we are depressed and feeling so down and lazy and tired. You know those times when you don't feel like worshipping God because of a rejection, a loss, a broken heart, a lost promotion. Everything in your life seems to be going the other direction..
