Forget about the bad things that happen when you eat an everything bagel. Because they don't have any sugar or carbs, these bagels are great for people on the keto diet as a breakfast or snack.
Ingredients: 1 cup almond flour. 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder. 1 tbsp baking powder. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp onion powder. 1 tsp sesame seeds. 1 tsp poppy seeds. 1/2 tsp sea salt. 2 large eggs. 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Mix psyllium husk powder, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, and sea salt together in a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients together with the eggs and almond milk until everything is well mixed. Make 4 equal pieces of dough and roll each one into a ball. Press down a little on each ball and punch a hole in the middle of each one to make a bagel shape. Put the bagels on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until it is golden brown and firm to the touch. Let the bagels cool down before cutting them up and serving them.
