This is the week I am going to do it all 👇🏼 Cook a healthy meal everyday. Workout for an hour everyday. Drink the green juice. Sleep early, get up early. Meditate for 30 minutes. : : : Have you ever been there? 👆🏼Where you are trying every health tactic you have ever seen work for people you follow online, all at once? : But that never works, right? It doesn’t work becaue its totally unsustainable + once Tuesday or Wednesday roll in and you have given in to that chocolate chip cookie craving or missed that one workout, you decide that the whole plan is shit and drop doing everything!!! : Try this instead: Choose one healthy habit that you want to add to your routine this week. Stay consistent with that one thing. Then add one more to that list the following week. ✅Maybe you can commit to cooking a healthy meal for dinner everyday? ✅Maybe you can walk for 30 minutes everyday? ✅Maybe you can sleep 30 minutes before your usual everyday? ✅Maybe you can meditate for 10 mnutes everyday?
