Your body will change several times over the course of your life. Obese kid, skinny teenager, overweight young adult, pregnant, post pregnancy weight, loose skin, stretch marks, another pregnancy, very learn and muscular to now..... where I feel so comfortable in my skin! I have definitely seen my body change 😊 Today I enter my 40ies and here are a few lessons I have collected over the years 👇🏼 1️⃣You can love the body you live in and still want more for the way you look & feel! There’s absolutely nothing wrong in having health & fitness goals,as long as you embark on that journey with love & respect for where you are at right now. 2️⃣You are going to go off track, it’s a part of the process. Your power lies in how quickly you can bounce back to your optimal health after those off track phases. 3️⃣Occasional indulging and overeating is never the problem. Its what you are eating majority of the time that will make a difference in your outcome. 4️⃣We are all short on time! Especially now, with homeschooling, working from home and juggling so many out of the ordinary things. But, you can always find time for your health, if it is in your priority list. 5️⃣No matter what journey you are on, having fun along the way is key!
