Anarchy is pretty when you have no way to clearly see.

ANALYSIS IN THE CONTEXT OF BEN AND NOT OF THE OG SONG

The first line is pretty understandable.

Ben wants to be released from the digital world he’s trapped in, and he’s causing chaos in an attempt to escape

the second line has a double meaning in this context.

the first one is that his vision is blurred because he is underwater, therefore giving him no way to clearly see.

and the second one (which is a lot cooler) is that Ben is so blinded by his own insanity and obsession with destruction that the anarchy he is causing looks pretty to him.
