god. you people don't appreciate how hard it is to be a supervillain in this day and age. there's a severe deficit in good inclusive terms i can use to refer to my employees/contractors. can't call them "minions" because that conjures the image of those stupid marketable yellow freaks. can't call them "goons" because that apparently warrants a meeting with HR these days. "henchpeople" just doesn't have the same sort of ring to it.

Ironically the thing that has dampened my enjoyment in the d2 community is how fucking snarky and condescending people get towards any critical discussion surrounding the game. The way people acted around renegades still has left a bad taste in my mouth.

I understand that there are insufferable people on other platforms but it feels like any discussion about it the game’s Situation of the Day that isn’t mindlessly shitting on the game is just. Reacting to that mindless shitting happening on other platforms and even trying to lump anybody who is remotely critical into the same group to dismiss their concerns.
