Jesus - Ultron seemed much taller. Taller than the handful of inches that Steve had lost, and looking up at him was, admittedly, an intimidating strain. But Steve knew he still had to be stopped, and at the moment he was the only one around. So dammit, that meant he was gonna do it. He gritted his teeth and steeled himself, shoulders squaring so he could brace as he stared the robot down, unwavering. “I’m not afraid of you, you know.”

Pffft, he's like "but I haven't even done anything yet". That would be an interesting fight though, I feel like Link could probably short-circuit him or something if he tried hard enough.

I think he holds it back. He just wants a knock out, not a fatality.

I’m still not sure if he killed the Hydra agents he hit with electricity during the fight, btw. Maybe just enough to stun and knock them out?
