I texted my friend Nik recently and said, “when someone has a special place in, next to your heart, you let them know.” #EveryTimeIDie has been an integral part of my life since 2002. #KeithBuckley writes incredible lyrics that always strike the right chord in my heart. The band’s latest album, ‘Radical’, is not only my favorite release of the year but has THE most powerful lyrics written to date. Their intensity is magnified with every listen. When I heard the song “Sly”, and Keith screams, “GIVE MY LOVE TO BUFFALO!”, I knew that’s what I wanted tattooed on me. This past weekend, I went and saw Johnny Bavarro at #EvolutionTattoo. We spoke a couple of weeks prior to my appointment. He knew exactly what I wanted. The session flew by and next thing you know, I’m out the door. There aren’t enough #ThankYou’s for everyone involved, from the band and their music to Johnny Bavarro and the crew at Evolution for being amazing. Their shop has incredibly talented artists.
