So great to be back in one of your classes at #evolvedancestudio. 😊 And thank you, @ros3lley for always being creative and experimental. I've never tried this skill, but I love it. 🙏🏼 I've noticed how comfortable I'm getting with doing any type of #pdphoenix. It really comes from processing the move in your head over and over and your body learning the physics of it. Take a look at my bottom hand and notice I'm almost doing it completely open palmed - something I NEVER would have been capable of when first learning. I'll do some type of progress post soon, because it's really interesting to take a look back and see how far you've come, no matter what you do. It motivates you to keep going.
