Alex & Minjung release Dimensions Portal song “Let Me Go”

Dimensions Entertainment soloist Alex and Fuse member Minjung have collaborated to release a new single through Dimensions Portal. The song, titled “Let Me Go”, is a mellow, but emotional R&B-inspired break-up ballad about asking a lover to move on and let go as love fades and a relationship meets its end. Alex and Minjung both appear in the music video, individually at first before coming together at the same time their vocals do. Alex and Minjung wrote the song’s lyrics together.

[NEWS] Unity’s Sunghee, Lucid’s Hyoyeon, and soloist Alex announced as new Show! Music Core MCs

Following the final episode with the most recent MC team, MBC has confirmed the new MCs of Show! Music Core will be Unity’s Sunghee, Lucid’s Hyoyeon, and soloist Alex. The trio will MC together for the first time on the next episode of Show! Music Core on October 10.

Sunghee has recently debuted in the BC-Dimensions joint sub-unit project CHAMPION, while Hyoyeon has recently gained attention for her win on King of Mask Singer back in August and Alex made his acting debut as Hwang Sunoh in the Netflix Original Series Love Alarm last month.

The new MC team’s first episode can be seen on Saturday, October 10, beginning at 3:40PM KST.

[NEWS] Alex to join main cast of “Lipstick Prince”

OnStyle has confirmed that Dimensions Entertainment soloist Alex will be joining the main cast of the upcoming first season of Lipstick Prince, a new variety show on their network. This will be Alex’s first gig as a fixed cast member on a variety show.

According to the information that has already been released about the show, Lipstick Prince will be a beauty-based show with the premise of seven male idols learning about makeup techniques and how to apply them to break the stereotype that makeup is only for women. Sources describe the show more concisely as a “makeover show with idol flower-boy princes.”

Lipstick Prince will begin airing on October 1 on OnStyle.
