haha that’s true! quarantine would be a good time to slowly adjust your sleep schedule. after finishing the book i remember doing that by making the (painful) decision to not sleep-in on the weekend (which is akin to like, cutting off a limb for me because i looove sleeping-in) but it really improved my overall sleep (less insomnia, etc). thank youuuu dr. walker!
